I had a pretty bad clog in my houses piping causing my kitchen sink and outgoing water line on my washer to back up. It was a headache to say the least. I called around town and got ahold of Mr. Rooter. They were able to work me in same day and came out to me relatively quickly! They sent out Christopher who was amazing to work with! They were so kind & explained everything we needed to know! Were able to unclog our drain and gave us estimates on how much it would be to do a total repair. Would love to use them in the future when we decide to go forward with it.

Fast in scheduling appointment and the service tech (Chris) was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained things he was doing as well as making recommendations for keeping drains flowing smooth!

The cost was more than I was hoping for, but the repair he did was excellent and didn’t take him too long. Very nice guy and answered all of our concerns and questions . Luke Widner was the plumber. Thank you for your excellent repair work 👍

Was not able to get approved through the loan company, but Kerry was able to get us limping through until we could get the loan thing sorted out. They could have just as easily said to bad and went on their way. But instead they worked to at least get it to where we have hot water for a bit.
