Excellent service and very fast work. I had Luke check to see why my water pressure was constantly changing and was able to determine it was the pressure valve went bad and in just minutes had it changed. I highly recommend Luke and the team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I will definitely call again if I need any more work.

Luke and Brandon did an excellent job replacing our broken water line. Explained our options well and very timely and expertly finished the job and cleaned up afterwards.

We woke up Monday morning to our grinder pump making a loud noise, so we called Mr. Rooter. They arrived within 2 hours! The technician was clean, kind, and respectful. He quickly saw that the pump was the responsibility of the water company, so he called them for us and they were on site shortly thereafter. Talk about outstanding customer service! Billy V was at our home for an annual plumbing check. This was a first for us, but the annual inspection comes with our membership. Billy was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. He was easy to talk to and did very well explaining how plumbing works and some of the problems one could expect. His visit was enlightening and left us feeling good about our plumbing and Mr Rooter. Highly recommend!

Had a leak from the master bathroom toilet line, which was leaking into the crawl space. Billy came out, found the problem, and got it fixed same day, and I’d called about an hour before typical end of business day. There ended up being another leak due to the integrity of the initial pipe, so when I discovered that the next day, Billy came out again and got it all taken care of. Billy was very polite, professional, and upfront, and he got straight to work. I appreciate honest guys like Billy doing the work they do.
