I called when I was in town, told them I have never been to them, but I was needing an adjustment on my neck which has been bothering me for a couple weeks. I asked if he could see me that morning. He got me in within an hour, & had me pain free when I walked out. I have a follow up appt this Wednesday. So far I like the results of my visit. The staff & Dr. Osgood are very pleasant. Will up grade to 5 stars if I continue to see him.
Staff are polite, engaging, and professional. Nerve scan, x-ray, and a targeted approach to fixing my issues. I am very happy with my results, and would recommend them to anyone
I got a half hour massage here and man was it awesome! My neck and shoulders have been much, much better. I'm going back for an hour session soon!
Rather than making an appointment, I like to just pop in when I’m in town & hurting (I’m sure they would prefer that I made one). Seldom do I have to wait - just get seated and get called back. Dr knows how to fix me & wham/bam, I’m snapped back in place and on my way. JW
Excellent customer service. Always greeted upon arrival and answering all questions I have. Dr. Osgood, got me moving again and very aware of my issues. L
