Can’t say enough about Chris, Kenny and the office staff at Mt. Laurel Heating & Cooling. All were very friendly, honest and a pleasure to have in our home. We had our AC, Furnace and water heater replaced. They upgraded our systems to the highest efficiency and assisted us in getting on the repayment plan through PSE&G with 0% financing. Mount Laurel Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company. They are extremely responsive. I had an emergency on a Sunday night and they returned my call. Had someone here on Monday and everything was easily fixed. Their technicians are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. I am really glad they are my HVAC people.
Super happy we found this gem of a business. They're very responsive and friendly, and they don't overcharge or try to upsell you. Chris, Kenny, and Paul did a fantastic job replacing + upgrading our old HVAC system and were happy to answer the many questions we had. I also really appreciated that the paperwork needed for our warranty claim was promptly sent the next morning to the right parties even though we forgot to ask. Will definitely go to them again in the future!
I had an issue with the Hot Water Heater slowly leaking and rusting at the bottom and I only had the unit for 4 years. Luckily, my warranty covered a new unit, but I still had to pay for labor. I also found out that your warranty goes by the date they purchased it, not the date you did and they don't tell you that and that is very shady business. I find that unacceptable that I had to pay labor due to their equipment failure in such a short period of time. I don't know if I would ever use or recommend them again.
Great local and family owned business that was a pleasure to work with! They replaced my HVAC system with a Lennox unit. They were very accommodating and the service was excellent! The installing techs were TOP NOTCH and If you need service or a new unit? I highly recommend this business!
