Tripled our insurance and we had been loyal customers for over 6 years and we NEVER received ANY communication to NOTIFY us of the increase. NO EMAIL, NO CALL, NO SNAIL MAIL, NO TEXT … NOTHING TO NOTIFY US! Just tripled our rate. We shopped around took about 2-3 days worth of work to get a comparable policy at our previous rate, and once we INFORMED them and went to cancel THEY LITERALLY SAID THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN US THAT RATE WITH THE SAME COMPANY WE WENT WITH. Truly, atrocious.

First class service. First class people. First class agency. Have used the agency for 15 years, transferring homeowner and auto policies to another agency for one year. Needless to say, I came back to Morrow Insurance in 364 days. Business acumen and professionalism are high quality while personalities take the time to know you in order to meet your needs.
