We were seriously contemplating selling our properties because without a solid management company that owners and tenants alike can count on then you will just lose money. We have been very happy with the owner of MR and her staff and many years later we thankfully kept our property. They really work for us and they don't just do what they want or impose situations that cost me money, nor do they try to sell the tenants monthly maintenance services that would only serve to pad the managements pocket. I went to look at a property that they had listed on their site and the pictures made the place look much better than what the actual property looked like. I went inside and was met with a horrendous smell of cigarettes and weed even though it's supposed to be non-smoking. When I went up to the unit and opened the door it looked slightly promising till I closed the door behind me and saw there was a dead *****, I kept walking and there was another one right next to the fridge and before I could even walk in the kitchen there... read more

I honestly think that these people don't know what they're doing. I always pay my rent on time if not ahead of time and when something needs fixing, they're never on time. My AC unit went out so I put the work order in that night and when morning came I did receive a call but only to tell me that it will be late Friday before they can get to me and it's now Wednesday. So im thinking with this extreme heat advisory that they will get someone on it asap... not the case, so Im sitting in my home which the thermostat says 99 so ... read more

This lady is completely unprofessional she took over a property iam owner financing because the man got sick and can no longer keep up with several properties.i sent her my payment threw cash app and she refunded it to me the after I sent her the copies of the refunded payment she says I owe her 200 extra dollars because she accidentally paid me not refunded me so now I read ofe sending it back to her she wants double

Horrible company rude and doesn’t care for tenants they left me without a kitchen for 4 months fixed it the day before court so ridiculous told me to move if I don’t like my home that they haven’t fixed yet but if I move they will blacklist me saying I didn’t complete my lease terrible company and the broker Amy told me **** ***today sooo that goes to show professional places like these

I have been renting from Morris for over a year now. Not because I want to, but because we haven't been able to get out of this place. I have made a total of 7 online requests for maintenance to come out and fix things in my house. They have only come out once and that was because I called for a whole week and they finally sent someone out.
