We were seriously contemplating selling our properties because without a solid management company that owners and tenants alike can count on then you will just lose money. We have been very happy with the owner of MR and her staff and many years later we thankfully kept our property. They really work for us and they don't just do what they want or impose situations that cost me money, nor do they try to sell the tenants monthly maintenance services that would only serve to pad the managements pocket.
