This is a great place to stay when needed. The owner has always been very friendly and helpful to me. She has helped me when I was in a bad situation and never once passed any judgement. The rooms are clean. Some need a little updating but they are ok.

Horrible!! From bed bugs to to tweakers to drug dealers all night long. Do not stay here!!! They will knock on ur door at all hours.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years. The staff is efficient and pleasant.The rooms are nice and kept very clean. And then there is Suda,I really enjoy renting a room from her. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. I invite everyone to come stay and see for yourself,you won't be sorry.

Just finished 5 night stay. Room was clean and everything worked. Bed was very comfortable. Great tv and internet. Room service was daily. Don’t let the price fool you. This isn’t the Ritz but there is a lot of value here. Breakfast was not included but Piggly Wiggly sells great hot food and they open at 630 am.

I work at this motel but have stayed on numerous occasions before being employed and it has always beean enjoyably experience. Sudha goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs, the rooms are cleaned daily by experienced housekeepers and there's zero tolerance for nonsense. I invite and recommend Colonial Inn in Andrews to anyone in need of as room, come check us out..
