This office was amazing from start to finish. They ran our insurance prior so there were no surprises at time of service. They were caring and efficient. They have a dental support pup who provided the right amount of care. The staff was amazing and professional taking into account we had never had any experience with IVs or sedation. Considering my son had 4 wisdom teeth removed the whole process was amazingly fast. I would 100% recommend this office for your oral surgery needs.

I have had a life long phobia with dentists. Lifelong drug addict, homeless. Went here to try and get the rest of my teeth pulled for dentures. The surgeon was awesome...then she had a family emergency. So the head of this place was gonna pull my teeth. Immediately called and tried to charge me 400 dollars. I'm homeless and on Medicaid. I have schizophrenia. The other surgeon was going to make it work with the codes to help me, what kind of health care professionals act this way? Avaricious! Beware! Dr Fleischmann did a great job with my extractions, but I was supposed to have Dr Wilson and was not kept informed by the office that she was not doing my surgery. The only reason I found out is because Dr Fleishmanns team told me 5 minutes before. Overall I am disappointed in the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude of the front desk.

First off, I would like to say I have very high marks for Dr Wilson , all of the 5 stars, and think she did an excellent job with my teeth. However, I have had some problems with the office rules, which I assume come out of the Helena office. I received a call saying I had to come in for a consultation and x-rays before I could be seen. I told them I did that at my last appointment a couple months ago, and the girl said that was too long ago. If you have any kind of oral surgery, implant or other intense dental needs, Dr. Fleischmann is "the guy". I saw him twice for two different implants, and he and his staff were fantastic both times. Both times I needed bone grafting, and the bone adhered beautifully due to Dr. Fleischmann's skill. His attention to detail is fabulous. He decided on an older model implant for my 2nd tooth, and got really excited like a little kid when it worked.
