Very professional and will do the right thing to make the experience positive and will provide a quick remedy to any issues you may have. Gary is an awesome salesman. Even after the sale, he will keep you updated. Angela is great to work with and will get any issues solved quickly. Doug is friendly and wants to make sure the customer is happy. There will be bumps in the process, that’s life but if you make sure they’re aware, even if you feel like you’re being a bother, they’ll make it right.

They don't return phone calls or check messages. They will basically steal your leftover lumber supplies, shingles, siding etc, but tell you they're keeping it your home needs repairs. Then completely deny ever having any supplies for your home. When asked who is used for other services to prepare your homesite, they make sure they get paid a referral fee without the other companies knowledge. Our home has settled, which is to be expected. Stay clear of this place. Great to deal with until they get paid and then they become rude and do not get in a hurry to do anything. I have been trying to get them to repair issues with my home since I got it this year with no help at all. Leaking roof leaking pipes electrical issues. I’m forced now to file a claim with the Tennessee Depatment of Commerce and Insurance for Tennessee Manufactured Home Division. I have never been more disappointed with a business in my life. I bought a home from Monroe County Mobile Homes and all in all I am very well pleased. With any new home I understand there are some adjustments that need to be made,and they have been very helpful with those issues. There were a couple of issues with the manufacturer's end of the business which was not in MCMH's control but they came out anyway to fix it and did a great job. They are very friendly and respectful and I would recommend Monroe County Mobile Homes to buy your new home.
