The staff is just wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly. The techs who help us are always so sweet to pups. The doctors are kind, compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, the experience is curated to help alleviate stress on the pets, while making sure they are cared for. Fantastic facility, and I cannot recommend you more!!
The most thorough care we have ever had for our dogs is at Monroe Animal Care. Dr. Wise is very caring and her follow up is outstanding. All of the other doctors we have seen are equally as caring. We drive over 45 minutes just to have our dogs treated here. Currently, Emma, our 15 year old miniature poodle, is approaching end of life and has a heart murmur and fluid on her lungs. amazing facility! brought my cat here for a second opinion on a mass on my cat and everyone there was so caring and gentle with my little furbaby 🩷 they have an awesome cat room with a heated table which kept my usually very annoyed cat calm throughout her visit. Dr.Wise was very attentive and informational. Definitely a great experience and I look forward to other visits with my other furbabies 🥰
Dr Lewis has been very generous with her time in discussing Hazel. Hazel is vaccine intolerant and Dr Lewis understands her situation We feel very lucky to have Dr Lewis as Hazel's doctor! Thank you! Jackie Richards
