I'm so glad me and my family started going here! Dr. Lorenzo and the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and we couldn't be happier. I have to give a special thank you to the hygienist (I'm sorry I can't remember her name). It had been a long time since I'd had a cleaning done and had some staining, but she transformed my teeth white again! So happy with the entire experience, and would absolutely recommend.
Staff outstanding. Very helpful. Dr. Minnillo took his time with me and explained my options to me. Doctor even called the Liver/Kidney Transplant Team and explain to them what he is going to do for me. Doctor is aware of the time crunch. Outstanding. Thank you!
I saw Dr Mark for a few fillings. Was a very quick and actually pretty pain free experience. Dr Mark got my teeth ready for the fillings and Amy finished. She was great as well. They were perfect first time. No adjustments needed.
First visit to this office, and it was positive. I was greeted genuinely right away, they called me back shortly after, and were on time with my appointment, which is huge, so that I could get back to work in time. The hygienist was friendly and informed me prior to each step as to what was to come next, which made me feel at ease. She made friendly light conversation, and was calm and patient with me. Everyone at the Minnillo & Marshall office in Elyria are great. Dr. Paul is definitely the best dentist I've ever been to. He is kind and respectful. Always making me comfortable and at ease. His assistants are very nice and experienced. Everyone works well together creating an at home atmosphere. Thank you everyone you're the best.
