For years I struggled with bad teeth and couldn't smile. I lost who I was and didn't want dentures and was so tired of partials. They never fit right, hurt my mouth, so I would get them and never wear them. My friend Glenda introduced me to Dr Marshall on Abbe rd in Elyria. Have major anxiety when it comes to dental work. They have done wonders to comfort me as well as keeping me informed as we moved forward with my dental plan. Great staff that are very compassionate about their patients as well as their work! I have continued to insist that others look into this amazing place for any/all dental needs!
It was pure luck finding Minnillo & Marshall I have been a patient for maybe 2 years. Dr Minnillo is one of the nicest dentist I ever seen. He makes you very relaxed. I used to have anxiety attacks in the past. Hes very gentle when giving numbing shot and he's easy to talk to and I've never felt pressured. The ladies that work there are phenomenal. Always kind and helpful
We're so grateful for Minnillo and Marshall! The whole team is caring and helpful, always going above and beyond. Dr. Minnillo always takes the time to carefully talk through the options and makes sure everything really works well. He's really gentle and caring. The whole team does such a great job of putting our kids at ease on their visits, and they think Dr. J (Marshall) is the coolest! The laser treatment makes fillings a breeze.
The staff and doctors are always very kind. Every time I go for my cleanings I feel like I am catching up with a good friend with Jillian, my hygienist. She’s very personable and down to earth. Incredibly gentle and does an amazing job with my cleanings. I also appreciate that she uses hand instruments to scale my teeth instead of utilizing the ultrasonic.
