Jim (owner) and his son were a pleasure to work with! We had gutter guards and Malarkey Shingled roof done. They also removed the old exhaust chimney from when the house was first built. His team were kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care when I let my dogs outside for a break and by the end of the day my husky had won all their hearts so much that they each gave him ear scratches before they left. The price was also spot on what we expected to pay.

We had our roof replaced 5 years ago when Milwaukee Roofing was in business as Energy Masters, and if you're interested, you can see our earlier 5-star review. In April, we had a storm featuring nickel size-hail, and we were concerned there could be damage to our relatively new roof. Jim and Kennedy and their crew have done excellent work for us! Their company may not be the least expensive (due to past experience with Energy Masters, we didn't even get another estimate), but I felt we paid a fair price for very thorough, high quality work that will last for years. UPDATE: We had a small problem develop with our gutter guards, due to finer particulate from our trees than anticipated. Kennedy came out and replaced nearly all of it with an upgraded product! We had Milwaukee Roofing do our gutters in 2020 and had a great experience so when we wanted to do our siding, soffits, and fascia this year they were our first call. Another excellent experience!! Even though it was mid October when we contacted them, they were able to complete the entire job in just under a month. Our house looks amazing and they helped with decision making along the way. Highly recommend!!
