Dr. Julie is a remarkable human being and a talented and skilled dentist. She genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain treatment options using analogies and examples. Her communication skills are exceptional. I always leave her dental practice feeling heard and clear on next steps. The quality of her work always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Julie! She consistently goes above and beyond.
I went into the office today for my Invisalign treatment. I always get a warm greeting from the front office staff. I had a quick appointment for my Invisalign booked my next appointment, chatted a bit with the wonderful ladies and I was in my way. It is always a pleasure to go to Milltown Dental for the amazing service but mostly the fantastic staff
Me & my husband has been going to Milltown Dental clinic for a few years now. We are both impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and professionalism of the ladies at the reception desk. I would like to highlight my experience with Laura (dental hygienist) who is very thorough, gentle & expert at what she does. It's always a treat to see her & my teeth really feels sooo clean for a few days at least.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my daughter received at Miltown Dental. Approximately one month after having a filling done, the filling fell out, leaving my 14-year-old daughter in pain. We booked an appointment for May 13 due to concerns about pain and possible infection. The appointment process itself was confusing, with conflicting confirmation times provided by text and phone call, requiring us to call the office to determine the correct time. Incredibly amazing clinic. The Doctors here are kind, courteous and extremely professional. My children were well taken care of as they were nervous and treated gently throughout the entire treatment. Absolutely recommend this clinic 100%.
