My husband and I recently took a trip to Greece. We left all the details to Patti. Although we had a great time our accommodations were less than perfect.. Patti had booked us an excursion, but failed to noticed our ship was leaving when we were still touring. ( My husband noticed the error) She booked our hotel in an undesirable area as we were looking over our shoulder as we when we went out for the evening. Patti booked us on a ship which closed down at 9 pm. We will never us this agency again

Just as an aside, the tour was set to begin at 8:15 am and was to take approximately 5 hours enabling you to safely board your ship in time before it was set to depart and the hotel that you were booked in was the exact same one as the cruise line uses for their pre and post stays as well and was a 4 star option that actually has very good reviews.
