I just had my wedding in West Lafayette, IN at the Purdue Memorial Union, where we rented chairs from Midwest Rentals. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and price-gauging that this company does. It seems like they are a monopoly in town, but if you can avoid renting from them, please do!! Better yet, if you're looking for business ideas in the area, this might be a good one! Rented a 2 wheel trailer to haul a small truck. The trailer had a mechanical problem and we couldn’t use it after we drove all the way out of state. Midwest Rental refused to give our money back. They blame us for the problem. We have much experience in pulling vehicles and never had this happen before. Sad, they put money before safety of others.

Midwest Rentals provided the tent, tables, and chairs we ordered and we were fully satisfied with the supplies and their service. They surprisingly were able to load all that we ordered in the back seat and bed of my F150 crew cab pickup so we were able to transport everything in 1 trip. The instructions for setting up the tent were easy to follow and all the supplies made for a great family reunion!

The staff we worked with for table rentals was great! Very simple process to get things in place for the event. I only gave 4 stars because we did have a late delivery of the tables due to the type we ordered not being in full stock. So, received a different table than ordered and had to start our event a little late, which the delivery staff were apologetic even though the stocking oversight was not their error. Overall, good experience, just a hiccup.

When our refrigerator had to be replaced and we had to wait a week for delivery, we rented two small fridges from Midwest Rentals, a go to place in Lafayette for many services. We got the items quickly, were able to extend the rental easily when refrigerator delivery was delayed. Rental items were in good condition and worked well. Returning the items was quick and easy. Service was efficient and friendly.
