Midwest Rentals was very easy to work with. There were some issues with our initial estimate that I did not like, but they were very willing to change things up to fit our needs. The price was very reasonable and the pickup and dropoff times were fantastic. For our weekend event, they were completely fine with us picking up Friday and dropping off on Monday for no extra charge. The chairs we rented were very nice. Under-qualified, overly-confident, and - apparently - quite rude customer-facing staff ruins the reputation of a business that has been a staple in Greater Lafayette area for many decades.
These guys were great. I rented a tile remover. The process was smooth - I rented it, the tool worked great, and I returned it. No problem at all.
I just had my wedding in West Lafayette, IN at the Purdue Memorial Union, where we rented chairs from Midwest Rentals. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and price-gauging that this company does. It seems like they are a monopoly in town, but if you can avoid renting from them, please do!! Better yet, if you're looking for business ideas in the area, this might be a good one! Midwest Rentals provided the tent, tables, and chairs we ordered and we were fully satisfied with the supplies and their service. They surprisingly were able to load all that we ordered in the back seat and bed of my F150 crew cab pickup so we were able to transport everything in 1 trip. The instructions for setting up the tent were easy to follow and all the supplies made for a great family reunion!
