Josette was very professional and friendly from the first time I called. They got me in the day of my issue and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly the next morning. The got the parts in and I was back in business within a few days. Other shops I called in the area were booking out 2 weeks, but the team at Midway took care of me. We had an oil and air filter change in addition to new tires, balanced and installed. Lastly, our serpentine belt was slipping also had to be replaced. I trust this shop to be honest about the work that is needed. They always give an estimate which ends up being quite reliable. And Josette always takes care of us with a smile. We have been going to Midway for about 10 years and love having a local mechanic we can trust.
Friendly service. But took over an hour for an oil change and I told them on arrival I had a meeting in an hour. Thus late. Also, a hidden fee of $7.28 that was not mentioned in advance, for oil disposal. Should have been more transparent about pricing
I had an oil change and the car seemed to run better. Went back in two days later for more diagnostics on a different issue. I have to trust that they couldn't find the problem but now it's running worse and it's probably nothing they did. These were my first times there. Unfortunately I am all about customer service and they are nice people but neither day did they say anything to me when I walked in. They are a great establishment never had problems at all and they are always friendly. My car is always done in a timely manner and haven’t been up charged on anything like most auto shops.
