Great service. They were able to give me a reasonable quote for service requested. The online appointment scheduler was very convenient. The work was completed in a timely manner and they provided a list of items they noticed may need serviced, which I had known about, so they were not trying to sell me any extra items. Josette was great to work with at the front counter and provided outstanding customer service keeping me advised of the status of my vehicle. Would recommend Midway Auto to everyone.
I am pleased with Midway Automotive repairs on my 84 Chevy truck. The cab doors shut nicely now, Horn works, but never until fixed lately. Replaced wrong trans mount to correct one. Wipers work better than before. Work was done in a couple of days, and price was fair. Staff members very professional and courteous! Thanks for making my Truck handle more efficiently! Johnnie S. This place is great. I had a problem with my engine I couldn't diagnose myself and was worried it was a significant issue. Midway Automotive did a full rundown for a reasonable price and turned out it was a simple fix. They didn't try to upsell me which is always appreciated! I can confidently zip around town again I my car.
Very happy with the speed, friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I dealt with. Was easy to make an appointment, given a fair time estimate (oil change) and it was done under the time quoted. Felt like it was a fair price for work done. Thank you Midway.
[A second review, a year later] Helpful, but pricey. No longer the small town shop that knows you and your car. They get the job done, and the free inspection is nice, but they missed seeing that our brake pads needed replacing on their inspection a month or two ago. Our brakes starting making some noise last week and after we took it in, it was discovered that it was metal on metal.
