I had an oil change and the car seemed to run better. Went back in two days later for more diagnostics on a different issue. I have to trust that they couldn't find the problem but now it's running worse and it's probably nothing they did. These were my first times there. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day after my issue. They took my car back on time and then the repair took exactly the amount of time they quoted me when I arrived. The repair was also reasonably priced and everyone was very pleasant. Would definitely come back. Thanks, you guys!

Midway Auto has been great to my truck and I. Great customer engagement and communication. I really like their estimate process that is text based. It allows you to authorize only the work that you want done or that you can afford, and all while on the go. They recently troubleshot a serious symptom with my truck and got it fixed and back to me in record time. I just recently started using their services but they have earned a repeat customer in me. The diagnostic evaluation of my problem with the car was spot on and fixing any other problems that were caused by the first, the replacement parts used were top quality parts matching the original as close as possible. They could have use cheaper parts and save on their overhead but they didn’t. Understanding that this part failed after 200,000 miles the part cost was 500 dollars yet I was charged another 500 dollars for the 3 year warranty. In my mind this an excessive charge. These individuals provided valuable assistance to my wife during my deployment by replacing the tires of my car.
