I will be coming back after one trip to this outstanding establishment. I called 12 offices looking for any compassion for a cracked tooth that was causing me extreme pain. I received several excuses about being short staffed... Taylor took my call, empathized with my pain and placed me on hold. Dr. Burns squeezed me into their schedule. The hygienist who cleans my teeth is very friendly & very professional. Nobody loves going to the dentist but Megan puts me at ease and does a great job. Dr Judson is great and really knows how to take good care of me & my teeth. I have a great experience every time.

Midlands Family Dentistry are by far the most respectful and compassionate. I had originally gone in for a simple cleaning, but was pleasantly surprised to walk out with a tooth correction that made me feel confident in my smile. I had an issue with my front upper incisors, which made me feel embarrassed to smile. When I explained my situation to Dr. Burns and his staff, they presented me with a solution that was quick and efficient. Let me preface this by saying I usually loathe the dentist. I went in for a cleaning and a crown as a community care patient through the VA. From calls to making the appointment to getting everything done– every single person I talked to was friendly. It helped in calming the nerves! Also, Dr. Burns’s attention to detail is impeccable- he did not rush the process, and I appreciate that as it’s a front tooth! Every employee was very courteous and professional during my visits. I had a crown put in and I honestly can't tell which tooth it is. The fit is perfect and comfortable. The doctor made sure of of that. I would recommend Midlands Family Dentistry to anyone.
