Midlands Family Dentistry are by far the most respectful and compassionate. I had originally gone in for a simple cleaning, but was pleasantly surprised to walk out with a tooth correction that made me feel confident in my smile. Dr. Burns & his staff are top notch. Dr. Burns performed a miracle In my mouth by replacing front two missing teeth permanently with a bridge! Everyone is very courteous, professional and accommodating! He is also very easy going! So glad I found this wonderful dentist!

Dr. Burns is a dedicated professional who has exceeded my expectations for patient care. He even provided an after hours house call when I was in extreme pain and physically unable to travel to his office. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and caring with a friendly staff that makes the dreaded "trip to the dentist" a pleasurable experience.
