We have been using Mid State Pools in Dublin for the past year. I’d say we have spent a good bit of money with them. Up until now, service has been good. I paid them to vacuum my pool and they did not! I’ve checked my pool every evening when I get home and the pool still has sand and leaves. They claim to have cleaned it. And, If I want them to come out to actually vacuum, I have to pay another fee.. 🤬🤬🤬 Cleaning service sucks!! I do not recommend at all! Great Pool at a fair price! I was very pleased and impressed by the team that came out and constructed my pool. Done in a very timely manner to. Would definitely recommend Mid State Pools and Spa 🫡
Sorely disappointed in their repair “services”. They installed a really nice in-ground spa for us in 2017. There has always been a slow leak and they pretty much ignore it and keep replacing different mechanical parts. We’ve spent hundreds on various repairs and spent almost 4 months recently just trying to get a solid diagnosis to no avail. They say they come out but no one knocks on our door, appears on our Ring cameras, and our yappy dogs don’t even bark. Hmmm… We’ve given up on Mid State Pools in Warner Robins.
I have always dealt with mid state pools, so when my kool deck needed to be redone, I called them. They started on it promptly (Feb-Mar), but they caused lots of damage to my property & apparently it wasn’t sealed properly, because it’s a splotchy mess now! Getting Kenny here to see it was an issue & now they won’t return calls or come & repair it!! Very dissatisfied!!!!
Very disappointed!! We have used this business for a couple of years to close and open our pool. This year they came in late March on a Friday afternoon to open and and left without finishing and promised to be back on Saturday. And yes, our pool was green and unsightly. They were a NO SHOW! We have contacted and talked with staff at the office numerous times trying to get them back and was told at least 3-4 times that they would be here and never came.
