Called for them to come check the leak in my roof nobody answered phone but since I live down the street I drove up there and found both people in the office just talking and letting phone ring, I set up appointment the rep was 30 mins late he walked in asked for my email address for the quote and then went to get ladder. He was up on my roof for less than 10 mins and took some pictures mainly in areas where the roof wasn't leaking climbed down I asked what he thought was causing the leak he said he would email me the quote ... read more
