Pick up to turn in, was seamless. Even with a problem I had with a chipper, all mechanical breaks, I still give this store 5 stars. Will use them again and recommend you do.
Rented a larger piece of equipment today, everything was business like and great. Unfortunately the equipment broke in the first 15 minutes. We re-loaded the equipment after calling them and took back. The manager came and looked at the unit, we discussed it and everything was cordial and respectful. About 15 minutes got a call and due to the break down they credited my account and didn't charge me for the machine. If you are a contractor, this might not be the best place to rent your piece of equipment. First of all they don't open until 8:00 am., when most of their competition opens at 7:00 a.m. Secondly, once you do get in, you cannot pick up a piece of equipment until 9:00 a.m., as it needs to be prepped.
