It was disappointing that “the new chain” in the chainsaw only lasted 5-10 minutes. Definitely do NOT recommend renting here. Customer service & product quality scores a 1 out of 5. Disappointing.

Had the pleasure of renting an aluminum break from Michiana Rental in Plymouth, Indiana. The staff provided exceptional customer service and quality equipment at an affordable price. In the event your in need of equipment, I would definitely recommend visiting Michiana Rentals. Thank you.....your staff and pups are amazing!

Contractors look somewhere else. Horrible business ethics and they will take as much money from you as they can, even if they don't provide services for the said money. 1 star because thers no 0, except for this company. I had it for one day not a day and a half. On top of that I was forced to pay in full and go into agreement that my time started at that moment over the phone. Informed the person that I was an hour away and he insisted that I was closer and that I was only losing a half hour...like I said you take money ... read more

Keepher does a great job managing the shop. Equipment is always clean and ready to go. Instructions for use are easy to understand. Staff is always smiling. I appreciate the way they treat me as a 'customer'. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend renting from them. I rented a trencher worked wonderful. The staff couldn't of been any nicer! Definitely will be using them again in the future. Pickup and drop off was easy!
