Love working with these guys for machinery and other rental equipment for our construction and junk hauling businesses. The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to work with and they maintain the equipment well.
Taylor Rental was absolutely wonderful helping us with our wedding. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, bar, arch, and keg cooler. Not only did they do a fantastic job helping me with sizes needed but their delivery team was great. The night before our wedding a huge storm came through and collapsed a corner of the tent.... but no worries. I called and spoke with Lois who sent the team back out to make it look great. Thank you again for taking so much stress out of our wedding day. Would highly recommend Taylor Rental.
I reserved a tow-behind concrete mixer from Taylor Rental. When I arrived to pick it up, it was broken. Specifically the hand crank that rotates the drum to pour out the concrete would spin without the drum tipping. I noticed the whole frame was shifted, causing the gears not to mesh. If you wiggled the crank, you could get the gears to overlap a wee bit. What really bothered me was that the person connecting the mixer to my car said it "should" work. Used Taylor Rental for a few things for my wedding and Amanda was great throughout the entire process. I rented chair covers, and unfortunately the day of we were short the original amount rented, we called them and with no problem they supplied us with more. They also reimbursed me for the amount that I didn't originally receive. Amanda is great, I recommend working with her. (We rented the drapes & the chair covers that are pictured)
My company frequents the Niles and Benton Harbor locations and both have been excellent. Good value, good maintenance on equipment, and easy to work with.
