I recently had an outstanding experience at Dr Lavelle office. As a new patient and my first appointment, I was so surprise how welcoming his office is. Dr Lavelle and his staff were gentle yet thorough during my cleaning. I left their office feeling confident about my dental health, and appreciated the care I received. I highly recommend Dr Lavelle and his staff, for anyone seeking a friendly and professional dental practice.
Met Dr Lavelle and his staff today. They couldn’t have been nicer! Terri, ( sorry if I misspelled your name)did my teeth cleaning. She talked me through everything (panoramic X-rays and screening for oral cancer) Made me feel at ease and was very gentle and yet thorough with her cleaning. Dr Lavelle is awesome .Very down to earth & genuine. Funny too! Great people, even Cheryl at the desk!! 👍👍
The sitting room is a sight to see each time, the dental hygienists are lovely and do a great job, but Dr. Lavelle, tsk tsk tsk, he doesn't wear a mask when he checks out your teeth. Lavelle seemed sick when he checked out my family member's teeth, yet he proceeded to talk when hovering over their mouth, without wearing a mask, and then the next day that family member got sick. Wear a mask, Dr. Lavelle!
I’m writing this review so other parents are aware of our situation. We have been attending this practice since 2018. We go every 6 months for our usual cleaning polishing and exam. When we were there In September 2022. we were told our sons teeth were perfect the baby teeth are starting to get wiggly and everything was looking great. He is know 7 years old.
