We had contacted them while my mother was on hospice and we were making preparations. Everyone here was was so sweet and helpful from the very first phone call. When the time came and I had to make the arrangements for them to come and pick up my mother here at my home they were just so compassionate and caring making sure that we all had time with her before they prepared her for departure.
