We woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning during the very frigid week we had in January 2025. Our home is new, so this was unexpected and frustrating. MD Heating and Air sent David to see us that day, and even though our issues were a bit complicated, he stuck with this job until he restored our heat and we have been warm and toasty since. Dave/David is extremely professional, really a nice guy, and did not give up until all aspects of this job were completed. THANK YOU!!
I would highly recommend M.D. Heating & Air. I recently woke up with no heat when the temps were in the 20's & contacted them & I had a response within an hour saying they were on the way. David (my technician) was very professional, congenial & assured me he would get my heating going soon. He did get it fixed & was on his way in short amount of time. So appreciative of this company & their customer service.
I can't say enough about how wonderful and knowledgeable Dave is - My furnace had just had several new parts replaced last December only to find it wasn't working correctly for some reason - he and Mike were able to figure out the issue and got everything up and running. Would highly recommend M.D. Heating and Air!
WOW! Great proactive maintenance service. David, was professional, thorough, and considerate of his surroundings, etc. I can't say enough. We had some tough "issues" to deal with on our building rooftop unit about a year ago, Mike and the M.D. Heating team didn't quit until the issue was identified and fixed. We are now on a routine maintenance plan and things are running smoothly. Thank you, David! Highly recommend!
They were great. Dave was Real informed on what he was doing, and how he was going to go about, it told me step-by-step, which I really liked! If you have any air conditioning or heating issues, I would give them a call!
