We are brand new to Tennessee snf to have been able to call someone, out of the blue, hsve them come to your home and be so kind, pleasant, caring and knowledgeable was a great surprise and relief. We had lost our heat, he came out the same day, fixed our problem, keeping me informed the whole time. Dusty was beyond generous, he is now our go to man for HVAC

Dusty came out and gave us an estimate for a new unit. We were told installation would take place in three to four days. The installers came as promised. They were both efficient and courteous. They went over all operating instructions very thoroughly

We had to make after hours call on a Sunday, very prompt return call, less than five minutes. Arrived at our home with a couple hours. Quickly figured out the issue, frozen coil. Dusty walked us through everything he did & explained troubleshooting & tips to hopefully avoid the issue in the future. Very friendly & professional! First time using McDonalds and will definitely be using them again & recommending to others!!
