Highly recommended. Called in for a non emergency service call and technician arrived in less than 2 hours. Tech was very professional, explained in detail the problem and the options of repair. Tech made repairs in timely manner and even performed minor preventative measures he found during repair. Tech verified the repairs in a couple different ways, cleaned the area and was on his way. I called yesterday to get a HVAC duct and vent cleaning appraisal and Dusty came today. It was quick and he explained how it would be done and all they would do and my options. Even take care of my dryer vent for me that needs some love under the house! I asked about an extra floor vent and he explained how they would do that and how easy it would be. Quick and easy way to schedule it online with the email I received along with the pictures he sent for me to review with my husband. Highly recommend these folks.

Our gas line was leaking and was shut off. I called and I was lucky to get Austin out within an hour of my call. Austin was amazing! So nice and explained everything that he was going to inspect and repair. I highly recommend this company and Austin.

I cannot say enough good things about McDonald HVAC company!!! They came out in 30 minutes on a sunday, fixed the heater for the house and got us back to normal in inder an hour. Very professional and affordable! I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC help!
