McDonald's is the best! The communication was top notch from time of scheduling through the finished work. I really like the updates that tell you when the technician is headed to us. They made sure that our unit was fixed in a timely manner. Outstanding professional work. Highly recommend and will use them for any future need hands down!

We have had a few AC issues so far this year. Our tech Casey worked with us explaining in detail what was broken and what our options were to fix. Understanding and followed up with us until completed. Dustin worked with us at the end to make sure all was completed and we were happy with our completed services Thank you McDonald’s HVAC

We had such a great experience with Dusty McDonald and his team. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process of replacing our unit. The team made sure to communicate with us every step of the way. They also made sure to keep everything clean throughout the installation. Overall the entire process was stress free. Thank you McDonald HVAC!!

Bronson did an amazing job. We are very satisfied with the cleaning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I watched while he did the job out of curiosity and he was accommodating to me and explained each step.
