Awesome experience. Got home Saturday evening and AC wasn’t working. I have a wife and newborn at home so had to get it fixed asap but money is tight right now so I attempted to tackle it myself, especially since I have a little experience with it. I contacted dusty to see if I could buy the part I thought I needed directly from him since I lived in his area and he was generous enough to do so. Bronson was great! Can’t live without my AC, fixed everything thoroughly. Answered all questions and concerns. He went above and beyond. Always pleasure doing business with McDonald’s HVAC.

Did a great job when they installed our new units. Responded quickly when we needed service. They arrived in about an hour after we made the call to get our furnace working. Spider webs kept the furnace from starting. Very professional.

Arriving home in Waynesboro at 1:30P from a trip, we discovered the A/C was out (in July) and the temp was 84 in the house. We contacted McDonald's around 2:10. By 3:40 the problem was fixed. Could not have hoped for anything better.

Don't trust this guy. He's lazy and does a hack job. He owes my mother thousands for screwing up her duct work and refuses to make good on it.
