Matt Ridgeway and his team (especially Donna the closing coordinator) are hands down the best I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way so you don't have to. Matt knows the area he services and has a great "phonebook" of resources. If you work with Matt, the process will be smooth and he will steer you in the direction of the right people to help with home improvements or modifications. I would recommend Matthew Ridgeway to anyone in the market for a home or real estate, in the Jefferson or Berkeley County WV area.

Matt is truly "The Fun Realtor." Matt helped make our home sell super quickly and relatively painlessly. We had 5 offers within a week!
