The office help which happened to be the owner wife, which she wanted to make sure I knew who she was and didn't need to talk with her husband, because she was judge and jury on my problem. She was extremely rude and arrogant when I called. They installed a brand new furnace in my home in 2017 with a cracked inducer, which I did not know at the time that it was damaged. We received a call on 2/23/22 from Kathy asking to speak with the owner, as I am one of the owners, I took the call (the other owner my husband was out and would not be returning to the shop that day). Kathy stated that we were busy so she called someone else to come look at her new furnace. Although she never called us to know that we were busy. If I could leave zero stars, I would. A month and a half after my original call, they finally sent out a plumber. It wasn't the one I had requested. I requested a specific person because past experience with this company had shown that he was the only one that had a clue about what he was doing. The plumber they sent was to determine why the radiant heater in my shop kept tripping the breaker and why my ***** hot water heater would cycle whenever cold water was run or a toilet was flushed. Customer called for service on her unit Monday December 31st, this day and the next were holidays. We had a tech on site Wednesday January 2nd. This week happened to be some of the coldest weather we have had many calls prior to her call for service. We did manage to get a Master Plumber to her the first business day after her initial call.
