Incredible. My parents downsized and moved out of the state. My sister and I also live out of the state. Given how it is hard for us to travel there and the interest rates were very high, we had little hope of selling this year. Margo was unfazed. She coordinated the cleaning, staging, and closing of the property without me having to travel whatsoever. We sold for over ~$15k more than the market estimates in less than 3 months after engaging her. She really is simply the best!
