This place is exceptional! 5 stars simply isn’t enough. Staff goes out of their way to make my 3 young kids feel special. Doctors aren’t pushy but truly have the kids best interest at heart. Wife and I have always said, even if we move. We are going out of our way to bring the kids her for checkups.
Dr. Archer is awesome. She's sweet, caring, knowledgeable and super patient. She takes time to listen and answer all of your concerns. I like how she takes notes everything and provides specific instructions for parents after every visit. My kids are always happy and excited to see Dr. Archer and I don't know why my kids got much better after seeing her!! even though they were not prescribed any med. My experience at Mansfield Pediatrics overall is great. From the facility to the staff, all are top notch. Dr. Pham sees my daughter and is always attentive and makes her smile. I hope to be able bring my whole family here for as long as we can.
We’ve been here about 3 times for my son and it’s been a great experience every single time, from the front desk staff to the Doctors. We personally see Dr. Pham, who has shown exceptional patient care, attention to detail, and patience for our son. He answers all of our questions! I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Pham.
The staff is outstanding, but it's Dr. Pham for me. He listen to the nurse, addressed all my concerns, was gental with my baby, very informative. I requested a nutritionist, and the staff did all the leg work to find one who takes my insurance. Clean on the inside and outside. Nice size waiting room. Also didn't wait long in the lobby or in the examination room.
