This place is exceptional! 5 stars simply isn’t enough. Staff goes out of their way to make my 3 young kids feel special. Doctors aren’t pushy but truly have the kids best interest at heart. Wife and I have always said, even if we move. We are going out of our way to bring the kids her for checkups.
⚠️ STAY FAR AWAY ⚠️ Tried to establish care with a PCP here when my son was born, and the older white medical assistant lady aggressively insisted on a rectal temperature even though my baby had TWO temperals that were NORMAL. She jammed the thermometer in my sons rectum and made him bleed, and all she could say was "whoops" and "well, we don't need the rectal sense we got two previous normal ones." I was livid. We were seeing Mansfield pediatrics and at our appointment on Friday the Medical Assistant left bruises on my 6 month olds legs from holding her down so hard for her shots then made her choke on the oral medication and when I picked her up to pat her back she told me put her back down she needs to take this. I filed a complaint through the portal after notifying the Dr. during the visit I wanted it documented and today I received a letter in the mail that they will no longer see me as a patient. My experience at Mansfield Pediatrics overall is great. From the facility to the staff, all are top notch. Dr. Pham sees my daughter and is always attentive and makes her smile. I hope to be able bring my whole family here for as long as we can.
We’ve been here about 3 times for my son and it’s been a great experience every single time, from the front desk staff to the Doctors. We personally see Dr. Pham, who has shown exceptional patient care, attention to detail, and patience for our son. He answers all of our questions! I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Pham.
