Took our newborn here starting at 3 days old, it was very easy to get an appt & taken to the back as soon as we got there. Dr Archer & Dr Burton are very knowledgeable & good at answering questions & explaining things to us as first time parents. Highly recommend them.
I’ve been bringing my daughter here for the last 3-4 years who is now a teenager. They fully listen to our concerns, never judge and accommodate last minute appointments as best they can. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My daughter still looks forward to getting her sticker at the end of appointment. I recommend them to anyone who needs a great Pediatric center.
I had my three kids with Mansfield Pediatrics for four years, and I’m deeply disappointed by how things ended. On December, 2024 they decided to drop all three of my children due to no-shows—despite only one no-show in 2024. When I called to understand their reasoning, I was shocked to hear them bring up flimsy excuses about 1 to 5 no-shows from as far back as 3 years ago (2020, 2021, and 2022) which were never mentioned before. ⚠️ STAY FAR AWAY ⚠️ Tried to establish care with a PCP here when my son was born, and the older white medical assistant lady aggressively insisted on a rectal temperature even though my baby had TWO temperals that were NORMAL. She jammed the thermometer in my sons rectum and made him bleed, and all she could say was "whoops" and "well, we don't need the rectal sense we got two previous normal ones." I was livid. We were seeing Mansfield pediatrics and at our appointment on Friday the Medical Assistant left bruises on my 6 month olds legs from holding her down so hard for her shots then made her choke on the oral medication and when I picked her up to pat her back she told me put her back down she needs to take this. I filed a complaint through the portal after notifying the Dr. during the visit I wanted it documented and today I received a letter in the mail that they will no longer see me as a patient.
