Loved it!!!! Dr. Hyduke was very professional, friendly and caring. Our corgi Vegas was shaking because we recently moved here, but felt at ease by the end of our appointment. A true gem. Loved loved loved our experience. Feels like a family! ❤️🙏🏻
I cannot express how AMAZING this entire group is! I brought my 110+ lb St. Bernard rescue dog (who came with zero backstory) for his initial check and EVERYONE, Dr. Capuzzi, and the nurses, and the staff... EVERYONE was beyond my expectations. So kind. So considerate. So patient. So informative. They allowed us the space needed (for a rescue dog) and the time (for a 110+ lb dog) And the entire crew was just fantastic. My first time here. Brought my 9 week old puppy in. The staff was so kind. Dr Hyduk came out introduced himself. Dr Lefavour was excellent with my frightened puppy. Had her tail waging almost immediately.
We moved to the area a few months back and were in search of an exotic vet to care for our two rabbits. My previous vet was wonderful and I was unsure if I would find anyone who could match them. Come to find out, Dr. Hyduke and his staff are among the best veterinary professionals in the business. They are very kind and compassionate to not just our rabbits, but us as well. I was nervous about cutting my Guinea pig’s nails and my whole experience throughout my appointment and process was just wonderful! They trimmed my piggies nails and were so sweet with him, also giving me tips and advice for when I was ready to try doing it on my own. The whole staff was truly a sigh of relief for me in a stressful situation.
