Weve been to a lot of vets over the years for our dogs and for rescues but this was a first time taking a client dog in and I couldn't be more thankful that we went here and had the experience we did. The staff was amazing from the first call, during the visit, to the check up call from the vet a couple days later. I cannot express how AMAZING this entire group is! I brought my 110+ lb St. Bernard rescue dog (who came with zero backstory) for his initial check and EVERYONE, Dr. Capuzzi, and the nurses, and the staff... EVERYONE was beyond my expectations. So kind. So considerate. So patient. So informative. They allowed us the space needed (for a rescue dog) and the time (for a 110+ lb dog) And the entire crew was just fantastic. My first time here. Brought my 9 week old puppy in. The staff was so kind. Dr Hyduk came out introduced himself. Dr Lefavour was excellent with my frightened puppy. Had her tail waging almost immediately.
I was nervous about cutting my Guinea pig’s nails and my whole experience throughout my appointment and process was just wonderful! They trimmed my piggies nails and were so sweet with him, also giving me tips and advice for when I was ready to try doing it on my own. The whole staff was truly a sigh of relief for me in a stressful situation.
Loved it!!!! Dr. Hyduke was very professional, friendly and caring. Our corgi Vegas was shaking because we recently moved here, but felt at ease by the end of our appointment. A true gem. Loved loved loved our experience. Feels like a family! ❤️🙏🏻
