Seniors on Social Security only, beware here. This started in January of 2024. 1. Office was clean and most of the staff was friendly. 2. There is no warranty on dentures. I wasn't warned and I didn't think to ask; I assumed since the big denture clinics have warranties that they would too. 3. If they do offer you a refund, have it put in writing because terms change from the back of the office to the front. I had a set of dentures made at one of those big advertised clinics. Everyone has been super nice. Dr. MAK is super! I took my 95 year old dad to have 3 teeth removed and a new denture made. So far, everything is going well. The offices in Huber Heights and Troy have been nothing short of exceptional!! Kudos to the staff!
My family and I have had such wonderful care at MAK dental group in Troy; they are so warm and genuinely seem to understand and listen to your specific concerns and needs. Wendy, one of their hygienists, is particularly amazing—thank you, all for the overall outstanding dental care!
This office is the absolute best Dental office I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Everyone is a pure joy and they make going to the dentist a delightful experience!
I needed a crown done, I first needed a root canal, they said that I needed a specialist, divine intervention maybe? Anyways, I get the root canal and schedule a crown. They were rough during the procedure and kept pressing on my front tooth. They were really rough on my gums and he calls for an assistant who then started working on my tooth and he leaves.
