Years ago, Dr. Mak himself provided thoughtful care, offering options and addressing my concerns with respect. In stark contrast, Dr. Strassor's dismissive, smug attitude left me unheard and undervalued. I was very happy with the service I got with extractions, bone graft, and dentures. I have a 5 star review somewhere in here, disregard it. I went in to get my implants to clip my lowers in and was sucker punched with an out of pocket cost of about $10k!!!! It was Never mentioned before this appointment. Not even hinted at. Nothing.
