We just got done having Majestic Homes (Now 100% Milakis owned) build our semi-custom home on 6.5 acres just outside of West Point. We can not say enough good things about the process from start to finish. Josh Milakis was great to work with during the planning phase, and our site super Bob Wyant, now referred to as Mr. Bob in our house was the absolute best. Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette built me the house of my dreams. Someone told me about a house showing on Amethyst in Lafayette IN. I scheduled a tour online and I got a call from Milakis Homes. This post is a long time coming. We had our custom house built 5 years ago in Kokomo Indiana. Yes there has been a few bumps in the road.But this company stands behind what they build .When ever I have had a issue(very few little things you can expect with a new house).They were addressed immediately. And still to this day if any problems or concerns come up,they are quick to address. I know there are alot of builders out there. But as far as im concerned there is only one that I would recommend.
