Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette built me the house of my dreams. Someone told me about a house showing on Amethyst in Lafayette IN. I scheduled a tour online and I got a call from Milakis Homes. We just got done having Majestic Homes (Now 100% Milakis owned) build our semi-custom home on 6.5 acres just outside of West Point. We can not say enough good things about the process from start to finish. Josh Milakis was great to work with during the planning phase, and our site super Bob Wyant, now referred to as Mr. Bob in our house was the absolute best. Couldn’t be happier with our Majestic home! The whole process was great, Michelle was fantastic and very helpful during our long process, not delayed by majestic, but all the hoops building in a field with no utilities. Many calls, emails and texts from the land purchase all the way to close, were always top priority. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to build with Majestic. Majestic was wonderful to work with as we built our first home. We were able to combine two floor plans and they worked with us every step of the way. Jim was extremely knowledgeable along with the rest of his staff. Spencer did a great job of keeping us up to date on the progress of the build and was great help when we made our selections for the finishes. We purchased our home in October of 2021. What a mistake. We have a yard that floods and is loaded with rocks. Our driveway is pitted and also floods. Leak in our master closet ceiling looks like black mold coming through. Master bedroom concrete is not leveled and has a huge lump at the entrance of the room. I have been repainting the interior because the paint was so thin. Cheapest carpet available was installed. No other choice but to hire a lawyer to help correct these problems.
