We just got done having Majestic Homes (Now 100% Milakis owned) build our semi-custom home on 6.5 acres just outside of West Point. We can not say enough good things about the process from start to finish. Josh Milakis was great to work with during the planning phase, and our site super Bob Wyant, now referred to as Mr. Bob in our house was the absolute best. Building a new house can be so overwhelming, but we had an amazing experience working with the team at Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette, Inc. They were readily available to answer all our questions from lot prep, to floor plans, to design, to tile choices, to home maintenance. Majestic Custom Homes of Lafayette built me the house of my dreams. Someone told me about a house showing on Amethyst in Lafayette IN. I scheduled a tour online and I got a call from Milakis Homes. He referred me to Josh from Majestic Custom Homes because it was a better fit for my needs.
