Our building experience with Majestic Homes was excellent. Fred, Kris, and Patrick made the process easy from planning to selection and through the entire construction process. Majestic Homes are the best. From the beginning to the very end of our closing, the professionalism was absolutely incredible. They really know how to take care of their clients. The entire buying and building experience was excellent. The entire Majestic team was friendly and knowledgeable and went beyond expectations. Jennifer, Mike and Troy especially went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth. We have built several new homes over the years. Majestic is by far the best quality home we have had.
So we’ve been in our New Majestic built home now for 3 weeks & we love it! We looked at homes for over a year & Frank was very patient with us - we looked at all the different floor plans as there are several to choose from or custom building is always an option as well - everything went smoothly from start to finish & we enjoyed meeting Fred at the Closing - if your considering a new home that gives you quality & affordability at the same time then I would encourage you to consider Majestic Homes!
BUYER BEWARE! If you are even considering this builder, seek legal counsel to inform you of claims filed against them. Do the same with the BBB. Contact your lender and ask if Majestic is an approved builder with them.( You will find the answer to be no). Then research the people leaving them five star reviews.
