I'm new to this office the staff very friendly and helpful. I met Dr Durance very pleasant and we discussed a treatment plan because I have few issues with teeth. I believe I will be happy here. I had to find a new dentist because of my insurance. Very sad I had to leave my previous Doctor.
My experience is always a positive one at Dr. Durand’s office. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. Kaitlyn, the hygienist, is very thorough and friendly. She tells you everything that she is doing.
Everything went very smoothly from the moment we walked in. I was just there for a cleaning but was determined that I also would need to replace a very old filling with a crown. Still no issues with this visit. More to come on the crown in a few months.
I know we all need to adapt to change but my experience 2 days ago for my 6mo. Check was quite unexpected. It started with a complete “periodontal measurement process “ that I had never heard of before. Sure, I’m 74, and maybe a candidate for gum disease or whatever but the process was very uncomfortable and painful with poking and bleeding. Is that normal? Dr. Durance made what could have been a stressful visit, due to my coming in with a broken tooth, more relaxed. This was my first visit with Dr. Durance and I couldn’t be more pleased. His skill, friendly nature, professionalism, and promptness (I was out the door in under 30 minutes!) made for a very successful experience!
