James was very, and I do mean very knowledgeable on explaining my plumbing issues to me. Didn't rush to collect payment before explaining all my options clearly. I also must add Benjamin and Stephon who actually did the leg work was very professional and thoughtful in asking did I have any questions or concerns after the job was done. Everything is now operating perfectly. Thanks guys..... Maglish should be proud of these 3 Employees for exemplary service. 7 Stars 🌟 not 5. Thx Again..

we called for a heating issue the wait time was long. we called in a 9am was 12 noon he didn't come until 5pm. we kept calling to ensure they were still coming several times. when he got here was very friendly courteous and explained what he was doing offered a great price for repairs . he made up for the time we spent waiting the visit was worth it. He left us reassured of the work he did.

Benny and Step worked to rod out our kitchen line after we had been experiencing several backups over this last year. They arrived a few minutes early and finished up in about an hour. They were careful to not track in dirt and mud from outside. Benny was knowledgeable and anwered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call on them again if needed.

Phil got here early this morning. My home has been so hot unbearable for several weeks even with thermostats OFF. I opened windows and ran fans but nothing helped. So I finally called yesterday and Phil came today. He said it was a loose wire and did not need the new modulator as we had discussed a price earlier. Thank God I didn't have to get the new one c and Phil fixed everything. I can now set all 3 thermostats at 70 and be conformable I hope. Maglish has changed significantly since they were bought out. When the appointment was scheduled, they refused to give a time frame except a date. They indicated they would call 30 to 45 minutes before the appointment - but they failed to do that on a previous occasion so I didn't trust that they would do so. Even the cable company gives a time frame so you can plan your day. If you are out of the home and doing something - how can you be back in 30 minutes?
