Mark and Austin were very thorough for an initial visit. Both men were very professional and answered my many questions. On Saturday, July 5th, Tobias and Stepan arrived early in the morning to take care of my plumbing issue. Both gentlemen were respectful and professional. Tobias answered my many questions and showed me the camera footage of my drain clean outs. They didn’t stop at just one clean out. They checked all three. I am very happy with the service I have received from both teams of service providers.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My 80 year old dad had to have a licensed plumber come to replace an exterior spigot on the front of his house. They came and charged $615 (WITH a military and senior discount) for less than 30 minutes of work. They left him no invoice of any kind that broke down what he was charged for. This is not my first time using Maglish for work, and it won't be my last time. I've gotten quotes and estimates from other companies, and no one has impressed me with their blend of knowledge and honesty as the reps at Maglish have. They aren't about upselling products just to get more money. They actually care about if the system will work well in your house, and not just about getting a bigger system in. I was very pleased with Alex. He found the issue quickly and it was a minor issue that he was able to resolve. He recommended we replace our old HVAC system and we will be looking forward to hearing from a consultant to get an estimate.
