Alex did a great job diagnosing my AC issue and explaining my options for the replacement of my unit. My only issue is the technician, Alex stated the credit inquiry would be a Soft inquiry when in fact it was a Hard inquiry. Please update your team regarding the inquiry process. This rating would have been a 5 star, except for the credit inquiry inaccuracy.

Just had Alex as a technician for the AC inspection. He was very kind, informative and patient. He broke down wha was expected during the appointment and made sure I understood all that was happening. He was very transparent with the work and estimates. Appreciated his knowledge and assistance! Cost of the inspection was very reasonably priced.

James was very, and I do mean very knowledgeable on explaining my plumbing issues to me. Didn't rush to collect payment before explaining all my options clearly. I also must add Benjamin and Stephon who actually did the leg work was very professional and thoughtful in asking did I have any questions or concerns after the job was done. Everything is now operating perfectly. Thanks guys..... Maglish should be proud of these 3 Employees for exemplary service. 7 Stars 🌟 not 5. Thx Again..

So I have changed my review to one star. Maglish was hired through ABC plumbing heating cooling and electric. James Smith came to our home on March 16th to give an estimate for work. We elected to go with Maglish to replace our kitchen sink and faucets (we have a reverse osmosis tap) and add a new primary subpump. When the tech came to do the work less than 7 days later he did not have the sink. He said he had to order it. Good luck getting anybody from this company to even show up. I had a burst water line in my laundry room and called several companies for same day service. I also called this company and got a computer who said they could have somebody out that day. Got a call later in the day saying I had to reschedule to the next day. I called Robo again and she couldn't give me a time when they would show up. I contacted another company and they were out in a couple hours and the repair is complete.
