RJ did an excellent job explaining what he found and summarizing options without it feeling like I was being up sold. I felt the pricing for Maglish was full retail, but I have worked with them before and the quality of work has been professional without any issues. They were also able to come out same day so that was very convenient and helped lower my stress while waiting for a fix. All parts were on the truck and they cleaned up well, leaving it better then it was found. Thanks again!

Benny and Step worked to rod out our kitchen line after we had been experiencing several backups over this last year. They arrived a few minutes early and finished up in about an hour. They were careful to not track in dirt and mud from outside. Benny was knowledgeable and anwered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call on them again if needed.

I’ve been with Maglish for 25 years and have had excellent service. I’ve used them exclusively and have spent a great deal of money. That all changed this week. I had an appointment for my annual furnace tuneup. No one came!!! I called and was told the technician would return my call regarding the status of my appointment. No call!! I called back asking to speak to a manager. Two days later and I haven’t heard from anyone. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!

We had a plumbing fixture installation; RJ was courteous and professional and did a great job. The only awkwardness we experienced was both with the appointment booking and the presentation of the ‘members’ advantage. When I booked with their AI representative ‘Iris’ I expected a confirmation of the appointment by email but the day before the appointment I still wasn’t sure whether I was on the schedule. I have went with this company a couple times and they will continue to be my go to. The price is reasonable, the specialists ramero annd Branden are electricians and they are very professional and knowledgeable. They will tell you exactly what is going on while educating you on the subject. very clean, understanding, and all the way around a comfortable experience. They communicated well and always kept me updated!!
