I was charged $405 to replace this part. Nothing more was done. In a below review by Stephen he was charged $100 to $200 for fixing his water tank. Why is there a considerable discrepancy in pricing? Shameful!!! The lowest reviews are the most truthful.
M.A. Williams was incredibly good to work with! We highly recommend them! We were fortunate to work with Daniel and Keith from their experienced team. We had a clogged sewer line. We had a rooter service come try to clear the line. They weren't able to fix the problem because the problem was beyond a clogged line. Great experience with M.A Williams from start to finish. The office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The technician Chris S. They dispatched was very friendly and courteous wearing shoe booties and answering all our questions and concerns. Had our toilet replaced quick and for a great price! Will be calling them in the future and definitely recommend.
The company left my yard torn up, couldn’t lay the sewer line, wouldn’t communicate regarding how to fix it, and isn’t refunding the deposit without my having to go through my credit card company. They seemed really kind and competent at first, but it’s been weeks now and an urgent issue has just gotten worse as I wait for a refund to be able to get another company to fix the damage they caused. This was such a disappointment and they have wasted so much of my time and left the yard trashed exactly as I asked them not to.
I was referred to this company by a friend who had been very satisfied with their work. I called and spoke with a nice lady who then made an appointment for 2 days later. Joe, the technician, arrived promptly within the designated time frame. He was polite and listened intently as I explained my plumbing issues with him. He worked diligently to fix the interior problems and was then required to crawl through an extremely narrow opening to get underneath my older home to replace a broken outside faucet.
