I had an excellent experience! Every interaction was friendly, professional, and easy. I had both my house and garage roofs soft-washed, and within about a week, all the moss was gone. Now, several months later, there’s still no sign of it returning. The roofs look significantly better, and the service was provided at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roof care!
SUMMARY: MNM employees are nice but I feel they oversold their capabilities in order to gain our business. The initial $35k roof estimate ended up being $45k after all the rot repairs. We have had 2 leaks and a wasp infestation so far due to sealant/caulking missing or cracked where the flashing connects to the stucco. We are super happy how our roof turned out. The whole process was great and Joe came out to do the quote and was awesome. He was thorough and detailed. Didn’t try and sell us stuff we didn’t need. We had a quote done prior from a competitor company and was completely different experience. Sam was great as well, was willing to work with our situation. Even the crew that came out to do the roof kept things clean! I highly recommend them, if I had to, I would use them again!
Words cannot express how happy I am with the top-notch, professional job that MNM roofing did. Their quality is impeccable and their crews work for the company and are not contracted out. Had roof replaced last year on house. I think it was Miguel that I talked to, he was very nice and professional . They were able to come a day earlier which was nice, because it was raining off and on ,and was leaking in house. And got the job done in 2days. Got to pick shingles out of big selection which was nice. The workers did a great job, and were very efficient. Covered everything around house and cleaned up everything.
