Denise Britt( Fayetteville Rd branch) is excellent. She works very well with customers whether they visit in person, or discuss issues by phone. Staff are also quite professional. Customer service is very important to this bank.

The staff at the Fayetteville Rd branch are absolutely wonderful to work with. There is not a single employee that doesn’t give you their undivided attention from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I love the folks and the atmosphere!!
