Denise Britt( Fayetteville Rd branch) is excellent. She works very well with customers whether they visit in person, or discuss issues by phone. Staff are also quite professional. Customer service is very important to this bank.
I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with Lumbee Guaranty Bank. This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates. I usually do all my banking needs at the Fayetteville road branch. Ashley is my go to for everything. She’s amazing and truly gets the job done.
I have been banking with Lumbee Guaranty bank for many years and I have always received great service. The location on Fayetteville road is the branch I typically use and Ashley is my "go to" person! But, when she is not available, everyone is always so very helpful! I would recommend this branch for all of your banking needs.
I really appreciate the staff of Lumbee Bank, especially at the Fayetteville Road branch in Lumberton. They are always very helpful and kind. It's kind of like a "down home" feel... but with upscale products and services that we need in the business world.
