Mrs. Britt and Mrs. Patsy are the best tellers I have ever experienced at Lumbee Bank. They go far and beyond to meet our financial needs. If there is a question, and they don’t know the answer she is on the phone with someone that can help her accompany the problem. After all, it is solved within the same day. I really appreciate these ladies and admire them to the fullest! Come see these ladies on 5th St. in Lumberton, they are the best!

I enjoy every visit to LGB on West 5th street. Ms Sharon greets me with a smile at the window and tells me how happy she is to see me and that makes me feel special in her eyes unlike the bank on pine Street and Fayetteville road, and one in pembroke side of food lion ,now that staff could take some pointers from 5th street. As BART Director, I find myself in need of special attention to banking practices. West 5th Branch staff; Ms. Sharon and Ms. Patsy are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I realize they are short staffed so many days (at The 5th Street Branch) but you would never know from their pleasing personality and professionalism. Mrs. Sharon on 5th street is so amazing. She has got to be one of the friendliest tellers there is. She is always so helpful to my husband and I. Also, Mrs. Denise Britt at your Pine St. location is absolutely amazing. She always greets me the prettiest smile and you can tell she doesn’t mind helping anyone.
