As BART Director, I find myself in need of special attention to banking practices. West 5th Branch staff; Ms. Sharon and Ms. Patsy are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I realize they are short staffed so many days (at The 5th Street Branch) but you would never know from their pleasing personality and professionalism. I enjoy every visit to LGB on West 5th street. Ms Sharon greets me with a smile at the window and tells me how happy she is to see me and that makes me feel special in her eyes unlike the bank on pine Street and Fayetteville road, and one in pembroke side of food lion ,now that staff could take some pointers from 5th street. Lumbee bank on west 5th street has the nicest and most helpful bank tellers that I have ever meet.The tellers from the other lumbee banks could take lessons from the ladies on west 5t st.Of all the banks I visit the one on 5th street is the one I visit the most.I want to thank them for being who they are.
