Went to the Raeford branch to deposit a Cashier check, and after 25 minutes of not being able to get the check approved I had them give me back the check and left. Couldn't take any more of dealing with incompetence. All they had to do was call the issuing bank and verify the check, but couldn't understand. Won't go back to this branch again.
Employees are always great and friendly!! BUT!! You need to fix their air conditioner!!! In the Raeford Branch!!! It's a shame customers have to experience the heat when you go inside. Banks are supposed to be more comfortable!! Your own associates should not have to experience the discomfort!! Lumbee can do better.
I've been working with Allen Davidson and Lumbee for years now. I can't express how pleased I am with their commercial loan process. If anyone is looking for a local bank to do business with in the Cumberland County Hoke County areas, be sure to add Lumbee Raeford to you portfolio of lenders.
