I have been a member at this bank for quite some time. In my opinion the staff at Lumbee bank in Red Springs are some of the most caring people I have had the honor of working with. Especially the branch manager Lisa. If there is a problem she will work with you until it is solved. She is one of the best!!!

My father loved his bank, but when he passed somehow they took his beneficiary off his account and started taking $3 out of his account monthly when he had a senior citizen account which he wasn't supposed to have any money taken out for any fees, and further more they won't allow me his daughter to access his account to finish paying off his bills to close his estate.
