LTS just built a beautiful Custom Chalet for us in Poconos. It took 10-11 months from permit application to delivery. From the contract signing to customizing floor plans, spec selection all the way to closing were a fantastic experience for us. They were always available to answer any question we had. I highly recommend LTS.
