I used LOTO Boat Rental for my bachelorette party with 11 girls and had a great experience! When I reached out online for more information, I was contacted immediately and all of my questions were answered. Great staff. The boat and floating devices were a fun time, and we had the best driver - Randy!
This company gave us probably the oldest two boats in their fleet. They were both dented and one was beat up pretty bad. We also asked for a lily pad on both boats, but one boat didn't come with a lily pad. They did have that boat detour to pick up a beat-up lily pad. They took us to party cove and party cove lived up to expectations. On the way home, one of our boats broke down and that boat was stranded for an hour and a half. Daniel was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond today when we had an issue with our pontoon and we’re already out in the lake. He was friendly, funny, and gave us lots of great tips about where to tube, how to be the safest ! Kind dos to him for being a wonderful employee. Mike was a big help also! Thanks to them we had a great day❣️
Incredible customer service!! Captain Mark got us set up with our reservation, answered my million questions, and even had some great recommendations around the lake! On the day of our rental, Jerri was quick, and got us through paperwork and recommended spots for tubing! Even got us a great rate for an extension on our rental time!! Dan was thorough when we went over the boat, helped us in and out of the dock, got us set up with our tube and fun mat!
