Over a year after closing, we’re just now informed they never recorded our home in our name. There were unpaid taxes over 1000$ that we were never made aware of that should’ve been paid at closing. Because of this our home we’ve lived in and been paying for, for over a year is now at risk for foreclosure unless we pay these taxes that have now had fees added on top!
