Logan was professional, knowledgeable and quite sincere in all our deals with him. He went above and beyond in helping sell our parents home that had 5 people listed on our paperwork. Therefore, 5 signatures to track down. He thoroughly explained each step and process along the way, and when asked,his recommendations were given. Bottomline we were allowed to make our own decisions without any pressure. Logan was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.
Logan is the best. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and well connected (lenders, trades, etc). After working with Logan as a buyer, I have a new litmus test for realtors: how much time do they spend in the crawl space. In my experience, many realtors don't even look. Logan is down there telling you about the history of local construction practices over the last 30 years...I recommend him to everyone I know and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else -- he is the best
