Logan Carter was a great choice for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as well-informed about building construction, energy efficiency, and the costs of upgrades/repairs. Logan was a phenomenal buyer's agent and worked incredibly hard to help my family find our home in what was a challenging and evolving seller's market. Logan is a great realtor. He is on top of everything. He responds immediately to texts/questions. We found a place before we had been pre-qualified. Logan's team (he hooked us up w a mortgage broker) had us good to go within a day and ready to make an offer. He is knowledgeable and informed of everything related to buying a house.
