I can't believe she just left her office, and want return calls to her home number so we can get our families records, so we can transfer to a new dentist. If anyone has another contact number for her, PLEASE post online.

The phone number has been disconnected. She just left and did not contact her patients. I called her home number and left a vm and she won't return the calls. Why can't we have our records. This is so unprofessional. She wasn't a bad dentist just very unreliable.
