Lisa was so great to work with especially during a tough time in my life. Both of my parents passed away within 7 months of each other and I live out of state. Lisa was so great taking care of everything and getting their house sold. She was always available and kept me up to date.
Lisa was there for me with suggestions and referrals to external partners to get the house ready to sell. I had to do title search and that got covered without my spending a dime. She made the process much less daunting than it otherwise would have been.
Lisa was referred to me by my attorney who is helping me with probate. I contacted Lisa, set up tour of the home, Lisa went to work. She is knowledgeable about the market and sold my brother's home which was not like the typical Lake Havasu home. We closed today on the sale! Not only is she a hard worker, she is a great person to know. I live out of state, but when I go back to Lake Havasu, I will meet her in person and have dinner out...on me! Lisa did her homework for the market evaluation and was bang on. She was great to work with in terms of communication and responsiveness. Between Lisa and her office staff (Richard) there were no delays. She has a good marketing plan and we sold in approx. 2 weeks during Covid. Her above & beyond offers to help were appreciated. I would definitely use Lisa again and recommend her to others.
