Had a terrible experience. The DME store i was using suddenly closed. Found Lifecare technology, was glad because there are not many local kids incontinence. Took 2 weeks for them to get the prescription from the doctor. Finally recieved the pull ups and they where not the better brand for what comes out a 10yr old non verbal autistic boy. I sent an email asking for some samples of diapers. It took 2 weeks to recieve one sample of 2 diapers that are different sizes.
