My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend at Serene Oasis. The home was lovely (pool, elevator, several spacious bedrooms), and more than I could imagine. I absolutely recommend staying, and would do so again!
Trouble started on arrival. Walked in and the shag carpet throughout a big portion of the house was stained and smelled musty. Pillows in all bedrooms were disgusting, along with all the blankets being dirty. You could tell they had not been washed in a while. Also, potato chips crumbs in one of the beds. Some of the linens provided from the linen company were still wrapped in plastic, but still had stains on the linens and were disgusting.
